Four Seasons Telluride Update

Following the official groundbreaking in late 2025, the project has seen good momentum! They are busy installing footers and infrastructure as we speak.
More than 30% of the residences are already sold or under contract. There is a total of 69 total residences for sale, split into two categories:
- 43 Hotel Residences: Fully furnished, ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. They are individually owned but can be placed in the hotel rental program.
- 26 Private Residences: Larger, single-floor layouts (up to 5 bedrooms) delivered unfurnished for custom design.
Units have been selling at an average of $13M to $15M, with entry-level units starting around $4M and penthouses reaching up to $40M. At least three penthouses were secured early on for prices between $22M and $30M.
Included in this monumental project is a 6,500-square-foot luxury spa (open to the public) and a private wellness studio featuring cryotherapy and oxygen therapy. This 4.5-acre property will offer two signature five-star restaurants and an après-ski bar.
An interesting note to share: The developers (Fort Partners/Merrimac Ventures) are contributing $2.5M toward affordable housing in Mountain Village and including 10 employee apartments on-site.
