Village Real Estate serves buyers and sellers across all market segments, from the smallest of purchases to the most significant home sales in our region. Customer service is our signature focus, with forthright effort and quality care. Our office location is unique, in the heart of the Mountain Village, allowing us to ‘meet and greet’ with walk-in clients, who are passing through the busy thoroughfare of the Mountain Village core. We are proud to be affiliated with the internationally recognized Fairmont Hotels & Resorts luxury brand, and our location in the Fairmont Heritage Place Franz Klammer Lodge is Telluride’s iconic Fairmont presence, giving us access and personal interface with discerning Fairmont property owners and travelers from all over the world.

Village Real Estate is personally staffed in the summer and winter seasons 7 days per week, 9 to 5 p.m., with on-call brokers available in the shoulder seasons.

We have been meeting and greeting new buyers and sellers for over 20 years, and as we have long-established personal roots in Telluride and the Mountain Village area, we make significant long-term connections and relationships. More than that, we maintain excellent rapport and trust with other Telluride real estate brokers, who we often work with closely.

We are a smaller, boutique and independently owned firm, but have all the same marketing channels as larger corporate-affiliated firms in the area. We syndicate our listings on Telluride Multiple Listing service, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and multiple other services. But more than that, we make our listings shine both online and in person. We personally handle all facets of showings, the contract period and negotiation term, and closing process.
