I have been an owner for about one year. In that time my family has had a tremendous experience. During the summer, we stayed at the Fairmont in Lake Louise, Banff, and Calgary. As President's Club members, we received upgrades to extremely luxurious suites and Gold Floor privileges. Franz Klammer member services was responsive and helpful, and always available to answer any question we had.  We also recently returned from a week stay at FKL over the holidays. Telluride is our favorite ski resort, and the FKL makes it even more special. The amenities, including proximity to the slopes, ski valet (which keeps hot cocoa on hand), the pool, spa and hot tub all enhanced our vacation. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. I can not rave about Abby enough! From the initial meeting about my house wants/needs, to the search for the perfect “home”, the intimidating loan process, and even the communication we continue to have a year after my purchase, Abby never ceases to go above and beyond what you would expect out of a Relator. As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly nervous, but with her guidance, Knowledge, and open communication, I left feeling as though no detail or question was left unanswered.
