I can not rave about Abby enough! From the initial meeting about my house wants/needs, to the search for the perfect “home”, the intimidating loan process, and even the communication we continue to have a year after my purchase, Abby never ceases to go above and beyond what you would expect out of a Relator. As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly nervous, but with her guidance, Knowledge, and open communication, I left feeling as though no detail or question was left unanswered. While gaining a “home”, Abby taught me infinite knowledge of being a homeowner and the details surrounding how to care and maintain my home. She also comes equipped with numerous people and companies she recommends (I.E: Inspectors, Mortage Broker, etc) that all helped in that learning.
I can happily say that buying my first home in the after math of a pandemic was truly one of the easiest and most exciting experiences of my life, and it’s 100% because of Abby!

We have been working with Jean since 2014. She helped us first with our Franz Klammer Lodge purchase. As with so many others, we quickly realized we wanted to spend more time in Telluride. She went to work finding us a home. She completely respected the price range we gave her and never tried to push us out of that range. She carefully and thoughtfully curated the homes to consider. We even went in one five times and in the end did not purchase it. She never got impatient with us and continued to search even harder. She found one that was perfect for us. We enjoyed it for five years, but alas, we needed a little more square footage as our daughters are beginning to start their families. On the next search we were amazed at Jean’s expert knowledge of so many areas in the Telluride area. We were looking at homes in town and on the mesas. We threw different ideas to her every few days. She would pivot and with just as much vigor start searching the new area. Always with energy and a desire to help us land where we would be the happiest. She achieved that goal again in July 2020. She found us a home that checked all of the boxes and extra boxes we didn’t dream possible! In Jean, we found a real estate professional that listens carefully and executes negotiations and contracts with an eagle eye, but the big bonus for us is now she is our friend. Jean has been our realtor for the past 3+ years and patiently stuck with us over the years as we looked at places for what must have seemed like forever to her. My boyfriend and I decided this year to purchase our first home together; we were very anxious and excited!
