We met Jean more than 10 years ago when she sold us our first share at the Franz Klammer. Since that time, as a testament to her warm, bubbly personality, we consider her a friend, as well as a great help with our travels to Telluride. While chatting about our wishes to visit more often, with a twinkle in her eye, she graciously mentioned the possibility that we might find a great deal if we wished to pursue it. With that said, and her obvious love of Mountain Village, she proceeded to explore some options and presented them to us over several days. Her no-pressure style of communication, coupled with her thorough knowledge of the property, led us to evaluate the choices and make an informed, fair decision. Our recent purchase of a beautiful home in Aldasoro Ranch was our fourth successful transaction with Jean. Starting in 2014, Jean assisted us in finding and purchasing a unit at the Franz Klammer Lodge in Mountain Village, then a home in Telluride in 2015, and in 2020 represented us both selling our first home in Telluride and locating and purchasing our current home. Jean is capable, competent, knowledgeable of the local market, and very professional. We first bought in the Franz Klammer Lodge in 2005 due to the excellent representation of Janice Gerona.  After a couple of years we decided that we wanted to spend more time in Mountain Village and needed  something that we could use more frequently. Janice was able to sell our 3 BR in a few weeks and we moved on to another property. We eventually realized that we could not spend as much time in Mountain Village as we previously thought, thus we sold our other property. After a couple of years we really missed our trips of hiking and skiing, etc. I gave Janice a call to discuss our new plans which were to utilize the many reciprocal opportunities available through the Franz Klammer.
