The interests you see below are the types of ownership shares available, ranging from shares granting two weeks per year in Telluride, to shares with twelve weeks. A variety of options to fit your vacation needs.

Float Week – a float week vacation reservation can be scheduled in either the winter or summer season, and are made after all first and second planned weeks are confirmed.

Bonus Time – is unlimited use of the lodge in Telluride’s ‘off-seasons’, or ‘shoulder seasons’, which is the spring off-season: from the closing of the Telluride ski area until Memorial Day weekend; and the fall off-season: from about mid-October to the Thanksgiving weekend holiday.

The Telluride Ski & Golf Club membership: certain deeded-interests offered have an appurtenant country club membership included, which grants ski, golf, dining, entertainment and social event privileges given by the Telluride Ski & Golf Company. A one-time transfer fee is paid upon the real estate closing of the deeded ownership interest.
