Currently, the Fairmont Heritage Place Franz Klammer Lodge is undergoing a transformation in design and building infrastructure. The project replaces fixed equipment, such as the boiler room and piping and drainage, etc. and moves on to redesign and refresh the 63 Residences at the Lodge.
