Jean Vatter
Owner /Managing Broker

Jean is the managing broker for Village Real Estate, and previously worked for the developer of the Franz Klammer Lodge in marketing and sales for four years. She grew up in New York and her education includes a mathematics degree and an MBA in marketing. Jean can’t imagine doing anything else than helping clients with real estate that matches their needs. She has lived in Telluride since 2000, has been in real estate for 15 years, and considers Telluride the most beautiful mountain town for many reasons. Jean a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), and is currently serving on the Town of Mountain Village’s Design & Review board.

Janice Gerona

Janice grew up in New York and moved to Colorado in 1980 to attend University of Colorado at Boulder. She has been a restaurant manager, trained disabled adults to get jobs in their communities and has been in non-profit fundraising, (she raised the money to help build Telluride’s Rainbow Preschool). She has a daughter who graduated from Wesleyan University and one at University of Colorado at Boulder. Her husband Johnny owns The Village Table restaurant in the Mountain Village core, and she’ll occasionally help out there when she wants to eat great food. Finding the perfect property for her clients has been a passion of Janice’s, and she will wade through streams or hike to the furthest reaches to help her clients find their piece of paradise.

Emma Brown
Associate Broker

Emma has been visiting Telluride to ski since 2010 but was convinced to make a permanent move here in June 2013, after experiencing the wonderment of a Telluride summer. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Emma has had an extensive career in marketing and as a real estate broker over the last 17 years. Her work includes project marketing/sales for large developers such as Lend Lease and Australand to her last role in Sydney as a Senior Sales Consultant with LJ Hooker Mosman. LJ Hooker Mosman was crowned #1 real estate sales office in the worldwide LJ Hooker Network of 700+ offices for years 2011, 2012 and 2013. An exceptional communicator and an astute negotiator, Emma brings honesty, integrity and professionalism to every property transaction and has remained successful in her chosen profession throughout many changing markets. Emma has a genuine interest in people, is committed to achieving great results and is incredibly excited to call Telluride home.

Andrew Molloy
Office Manager

Andrew grew up in Santa Monica, California and Parker, Colorado. He moved to Telluride in 1992 to help his sister set up her veterinary clinic in town. Locally, he has worked in the banking, investment, and real estate title insurance industries. He has also been involved in the Telluride Society for the Performing Arts, KOTO Community Radio, the Telluride Choral Society, and is currently the vice president of the Telluride Chamber Music Association. Together with his wife, son and golden retriever, he feels that Telluride is a great place to raise a family, and that its glorious beauty is only the beginning of its many charms.
