We are expecting a White Christmas this year - We have had gorgeous sunny days since Thanksgiving, so we can't wait for a fresh layer of snow over the next few days.

Since Summer Season 2024 we closed 44 deeds, and in turn our inventory at the Franz Klammer Lodge has been low - So many new and returning owners are highly anticipating our $30M renovation, along with the nearby building projects of the Four Seasons, Six Senses Hotel, and Highline Residences - We do still have a number of great opportunities to become an owner, though!
